What is the role?

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence within the K-12 education space. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care, while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives that deliver on efficiency and growth across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams and leadership to create scalable processes and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges.

What are the responsibilities?

• Leveraging data and analysis to develop an prioritize recommendations for the Product team
• Combining quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities and leading alignment and implementation
• Assisting users in setting up the platform, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Leading billing and month-end close reporting for users
• Overseeing operations work, including scheduling and training

What are the qualifications?

• Proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment
• 2+ of experience in planning and/or execution of projects within business analysis, operations, or strategy
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in education or healthcare is a plus
• Experience working in a startup is a plus
