Job Duties
Primary Focus:Administrative Support (60%) and Operations Support (40%)
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Ensure optimal use of the executive's time and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Plan and book all travel-related arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure that all trips are executed smoothly, and able to handle any changes or emergencies that arise during trips.
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, including reserving venues, arranging technology needs, and coordinating with attendees.
- Other administrative tasks.
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies and projects, involving research, analysis, collecting reports, and coordinating with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Entry level, 0 plus years of professional experience
- Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Location Chicago, 3 days a week on-site
- Strong skill in excel and power point.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members, executives, and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
