Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Testing

Job Description:

Experience

1 Testing Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Cloud ERP systems.

Manage and execute different types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing.

Ensure testing processes align with industry best practices and standards.

2 Training Management:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Cloud ERP system.

Develop training materials, including user manuals, training guides, and e-learning modules.

Conduct training sessions through various methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and online courses.

Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

3 Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather testing and training requirements.

Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ERP system.

Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to support testing and training activities.

4 Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the testing and training functions.

Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for testing and training.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and testing/training methodologies.

5 Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and defect resolutions.

Create and distribute reports on testing progress, results, and training effectiveness.

Ensure all testing and training documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

6 Project Management:

Manage testing and training projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Develop project plans relevant to testing and training deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

7 User Feedback and Improvement:

Gather feedback from end-users regarding their training experience and ERP system usage.

Use feedback to improve training programs and identify additional training needs.

Ensure the ERP system continues to meet user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP system testing and training, preferably with Cloud ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP testing methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification, is a plus.
• Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
