Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
ECS is seeking an Organizational Change Management to work remote. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

General Description Of Benefits

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At a minimum, 3 years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management activities (training, communications, stakeholder management, user readiness,to name a few)
  • At a minimum, 1 year of experiencing supporting federal cloud technology transformation activities
  • At a minimum, 1 year of experience supporting knowledge management and content management activities

Desired Skills:

  • Certification in an industry recognized change management program
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities of conducting user research
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities of implementing human centered design thinking and activities
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities of implementing customer centricity activities
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in working with customers to understand their requirements and deliver superior solutions
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in troubleshooting customer inquiries
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in managing content in Confluence
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in managing content in SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to support customers that possesses varying degrees of knowledge in cloud technology
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in creating communication plans
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in resistance management
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in developing training plans
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in articulating the value proposition of a change to customers
