The Role:
We are looking for a talented and strategic Sr. Manager of Paid Search to join our team with a keen understanding on how to efficiently and effectively target our consumers through the means of search and display. A creative data driven individual who is passionate in the search space and will develop strategies to maximize new customer acquisition through on-going optimizations and account expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall strategy and ecient day-to-day management of paid search accounts, including Google, Bing, Gemini, with the use of SA360
- Manage daily/monthly budgets and conduct optimization tactics to drive ecient customer acquisition figures that are aligned with channel targets.
- Optimize and expand campaign structure within all paid search accounts and Youtube
- Partner with our AMZ team to assist in developing strategies to improve both channels
- Report on key performance indicators and present results eectively to leadership.
- Frequently research and employ best practices for paid social including targeting, ad format capabilities, testing plans, etc.
- Undertake smart buying decisions to ensure maximum eectiveness for a given online budget.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Media Management with proven ability to drive conversions.
- Experience successfully managing an in-house search account with an annual budget of 8 figures.
- Proven performance in managing all types of advertising within the Google Ecosystem (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Youtube etc.)
- Ability to expand Paid Search Accounts based on customer search trends and on-going performance.
- Proven experience using Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising, SA 360
- A passion for discovering and testing the latest paid social trends, technologies, and platforms.
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability when there is no supervision.
- Capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
