The Role: We're looking for a talented Paid Social Associate to join our team, supporting the Senior Manager of Paid Social. As you develop expertise across paid social platforms, you'll focus on identifying and engaging qualified prospects to drive conversions through our marketing funnel. Our objective is to scale our acquisition strategy while nurturing customer relationships and engagement, crucial to our business growth.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Launch ads and optimize across paid social platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve key metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct tests on creatives, promotions, and landing pages to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate internally to align paid social media strategies with the broader marketing calendar and product announcements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations to enhance paid social campaigns

 

Skills & Qualifications


  • 1-2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in paid social acquisition, demonstrating a passion for learning the intricacies of the channel and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with uploading ads into paid social platforms, with an emphasis on Meta
  • Deep familiarity with performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a deep passion for data-driven testing, consistently seeking out opportunities for growth
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present paid social campaign concepts and strategies
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to align and deliver impactful outcomes
