We are actively seeking Clinical Trials Paralegals with direct experience providing support pertaining to Informed Consent Form activities. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with our Fortune 500 corporate client!

We are actively seeking an ICF skilled Legal Specialist located in the greater Chicago area with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a contracts paralegal, clinical trials specialist, etc., focusing on Informed Consent Forms and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working closely with Clinical Teams, Research & Development, and external partners to ensure Informed Consent Forms are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Substantive experience assisting in the drafting, editing, and review of Informed Consent Forms to ensure they meet legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements.
  • Skilled in identifying potential risks related to informed consent processes and recommending solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Willingness to support a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Chicago-based office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or other.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Support our multinational corporate client on the following:

  • Join their R&D team to help analyze data and evaluate what data can be utilized by the client.
  • Reviewing Informed Consent Forms (and other similar documents), and following the rules set forth by the various internal legal teams (privacy, IP, etc.).
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of all informed consent forms and related documentation. Ensure documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Contribute to projects that ensure the protection of patient rights and regulatory compliance.
  • Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries.
