Paraplanner

Job Duties to include:

• Lead and direct discovery of documentation for new plans/updates to plans directly from clients
• Writing new financial plans/updating existing plans
• Sending risk assessments to clients for investment temperament
• Collaborate with advisors to manage existing client relationships
• Solve complicated financial planning, estate, tax and retirement issues
• Organize and direct client priorities and tasks to self and other teammates
• Maintain client notes
• Research

• Strong desire to join a fee-only financial planning team with a passion for helping clients of the firm reach their financial goals
• Ability to articulate/demonstrate strong communication skills and aptitude in a teamatmosphere including strong communications with clients
• Ability to take direction from multiple team members
• Excellent written communication skills; detail oriented; able to manage and prioritize many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; pro-active self-starter.

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree
• Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) Designation (Preferred)

Preferred 3 years of applicable industry experience, including:

• Writing comprehensive financial plans with recommendations and creative solutions.
• Proven application of all aspects of a client’s financial picture, including investments, insurance strategies, tax planning, education planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.
