Our Hamilton, New Jersey location is seeking a dynamic and experienced Park Manager to join our team and lead operations at our exciting trampoline park.


Job Summary:

As the Park Manager at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Hamilton, New Jersey, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of park operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees alike.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all aspects of park operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of enthusiastic and customer-focused staff members, including front desk associates, court monitors, and party hosts.
  3. Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive experience during their visit to the park.
  4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risk and ensure the well-being of guests and employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Financial Management: Monitor and manage park budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
  6. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive park attendance and increase revenue.
  7. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the local community, schools, and organizations to promote the park and participate in community events and initiatives.
  8. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of park equipment, merchandise, and concessions, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  9. Problem Solving: Address guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner, striving to find solutions that uphold the park's standards and reputation.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement, employee development, and guest satisfaction enhancement, and implement initiatives to drive continuous growth and success.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial objectives.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a recreational environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
