Principal Duties

  • Oversee all park operations, including managing the park team, developing and executing the park budget.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and grounds care.
  • Improve visitor experiences by engaging with park visitors.
  • Maintain or develop concession program.
  • Develop community relationships with local officials and leaders to promote the park.
  • Proactively seek way to increase park attendance through innovative outreach efforts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience but also innovative and proactive skills to improve processes at both the park and division-level.
  • Community outreach experience and is willing to think creatively and outside the box.
  • A team-oriented mindset and is always willing to help other staff members. We value empathy in problem-solving, both with staff and customers.
