Our client, a sophisticated boutique law firm, is seeking an Employment Law Partner to join their Midtown NYC team.


Candidates should be admitted to practice in NY.


Senior Associates or Counsel with 7+ years of experience who are interested in becoming Partner and growing a book of business are welcome to apply.


This position can be in person, hybrid remote or remote.


Candidates must have some portable business (300k+).


Competitive base salary ($225,000 to $275,000), origination credit, marketing budget and benefits.
