About Us
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the tech industry by breaking down barriers and creating access for the next generation of talent. Our mission is to recruit and place early-career professionals from marginalized backgrounds into software engineering, data analysis, and mechanical engineering roles at major companies. We also work with these companies to build inclusive and equitable working environments.
Since our founding in 2016, we've grown into an independent nonprofit organization and a movement for belonging in the tech workplace. As of 2022, we've connected nearly 400 Fellows with jobs at more than 50 employers. We believe in a world where success is not limited by access, and where the jobs of today and tomorrow create opportunities for ALL.
About You
You are a people-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate team player who genuinely enjoys nurturing partner relationships. With a resilient mindset and a love for growth, you see challenges as opportunities and approach them with curiosity. You lead with inquiry, seek to understand different perspectives, and view mistakes as chances to learn rather than failures.
Your "can-do" attitude and recognition of the importance of mutual feedback make you an ideal candidate. You believe that racial equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential to success and are motivated by the potential to drive meaningful systemic change. You also understand the importance of self-care in sustaining your efforts in this impactful, mission-driven work.
About The Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll report to the Associate Director of NYC and manage a portfolio of 5-10 Host Company accounts with a minimum annual revenue of $250K.
