About the role:

The Partnerships Project/Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing partnerships initiatives, information, and deliverables with the support of the Partnerships owners. This role will support the partnerships teams in their engagements with external retail partners and internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, etc.) ensuring efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection, coordination, and dissemination of information within the partnership team and with cross functional teams including retailer updates, initiatives, requests, beta opportunities, roadmap updates, etc.
  • Manage tracking of ongoing initiatives across all retailer partners, maintaining Monday.com, GX tracking document, retailer list, platform channels, and Retailer Internal site, and other reoccurring needs with Partner owners
  • Manage & evolve partnership reporting to include retailer growth targets across tactics including partner leads, partners marketing, etc. Support partnership owners in growth plans & execution
  • Drive completion of go to market management of new product betas/announcements/releases with partnership owner & cross functional leaders
  • Manage Partner Marketing quarterly calendar & initiatives with partnership owner, drive coordination, completion and reporting with Marketing team
  • Create & maintain partner matrix for customers, influencers, retailer contacts to understand their expertise and where to plug them in for partner marketing events
  • Create quarterly newsletter to drive evangelism of Pacvue/H10 with top partners. Drive collection of monthly/quarterly customer wins and feedback for newsletter and VOP sessions with retailers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital or tech project management experience with knowledge of the commerce or retail media industry
  • Self-sufficient, detail oriented, worker who can drive projects from start to finish, managing timelines, cross functional input and can package up final deliverables
  • Ability to manage projects, communication, and initiatives cross functionally
  • Someone who is organization oriented and not afraid to improve processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, fostering productive collaboration across various departments.
  • Proficiency in guiding teams, nurturing a culture rooted in accountability and top-tier performance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Monday, and any project management platforms
