Job Description

IPTechLaw, a boutique firm focused on patent and trademark practice before the USPTO is seeking a registered patent attorney to join their office as an associate. This is not a remote job and the applicant would work out of IPTechLaw’s office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position is a partner track opportunity for a registered practitioner with 1-3+ years experience and would include gaining experience in trademark preparation and prosecution. Applicants must be members in good standing of a state bar (Arizona, California, or Utah preferred) and already licensed to practice before the USPTO. Benefits included paid holiday and vacation time.
