LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative, for a full-time, Contract to Hire position in Orlando, FL. This is a great opportunity with an organization who is seeking an experienced candidate to start immediately! The anticipated hourly pay rate range for this position is between $18 and $20.

Responsibilities:

• Talking to patients’ with medical conditions
• Benefit investigation
• Obtaining prior authorizations
• Working with people in situations that are high-pressure and time-sensitive
  
  

Experience/Requirements:

• Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment preferred
• Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  
  

Working Conditions:

• 100% on-site
• M- F, 8-hour days
