We’re looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team in Warrendale, PA! This position will primarily be responsible for assisting our Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide you with hand-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and offer plenty of opportunity to learn from our current Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will be based out of the Greater Pittsburgh Region. This position will have the option of being an office-based position or a hybrid remote working position. The expected duration of the position is August-December 2024, and expected working hours are approximately 20-25 hours per week. The target compensation for this role is $18-20 per hour.

General Job Highlights:

  • Assist with the administrative duties associated with the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the hiring team.
  • Reviewing resumes to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain accuracy of candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Job shadow our recruiters and hiring managers during interviews and other recruiting activities.
  • As time permits, job shadow and engage in other People Operations (HR) functions and areas of interest.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • General computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite is a plus
