Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Time & Labor Kronos Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module. This role specifically involves expertise in Kronos functionalities within the PeopleSoft environment.
Responsibilities
Kronos
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Time & Labor module, with a focus on Kronos functionalities.
Technical Analysis:
Conduct thorough technical analysis of business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical specifications related to Kronos features.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Time & Labor module to meet the specific needs of the Texas Education Client.
Implement and test enhancements, updates, and patches related to Kronos functionalities.
Integration Management:
Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration between PeopleSoft Time & Labor and other relevant systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues related to Kronos.
Documentation:
Create comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations related to Kronos
Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans for Kronos features, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module.
Identify and address any issues or bugs through thorough testing.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing technical support for PeopleSoft Time & Labor, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Kronos
Participate in regular maintenance activities, ensuring system performance and security.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with a focus on Time & Labor.
Expertise in Kronos functionalities within PeopleSoft.
Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in Texas, is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft tools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant.
Previous experience working on projects within the education sector is a plus.
