Photography Coordinator

Position Summary

The Studio photography team is responsible for capturing images that are used on the LS website, in catalogs, on signage and more. The Photography Coordinator plays a critical part in the smooth flow of Living Spaces product in and out of the studio. The Photography Coordinator will assist with building and preparation of furniture, moving furniture onto and off the set, ensuring that the photographer can capture as many images as possible in a day. The photography team is an essential part of the marketing department, and this role offers an opportunity to join a creative team and develop their photography skills over time.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist with assembly of products in preparation for photography
• Own movement of all products on/off photography stage, including movement of product into store or transfer areas
• Catalog product information for use in image metadata
• Assist product photographer with lighting and other equipment needs
• Support the uploading and tagging of photography assets into the DAM
• As needed, support other productions in-studio or off-site
  
  

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of Living Spaces experience in a product prep focused environment (i.e. CPU, back of house, warehouse) working directly with product. Some experience with photography is a plus. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a working knowledge of MS Office products including Office 365, Word, Excel and Teams.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $19.25 - $25.00

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
