Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at Carol's Cookies in Northbrook, IL. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations. They will ensure the smooth running of the plant, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
Plant Management and Operations Management skills
Experience in Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations
Strong knowledge of production planning
Ability to lead a team and ensure efficient operations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Must be proficient with computers
Bilingual English/Spanish is key
