Role Description

Due to a retirement, GSP has partnered with a Multi-Generational Family Owned and Operated Dairy player, looking for their newest Plant Manager. The PM will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations. The role will require strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• 10+ Years of Overall Ops/Production Experience
• 5-7+ Years’ “Leadership” in FOOD/BEVERAGE Manufacturing is REQUIRED
• Continuous Improvement Experience is HIGHLY Desired
• Bilingual is a MAJOR PLUS
