We have a full-time Plastics Fabricator/Plastics Welder position available working with extrusion and hand-welding machinery. Previous experience in fabrication or welding is a plus, but we are willing to train self-motivated individuals who are punctual and have a willing-to-work attitude.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret spec drawings and blueprints, schematic diagrams, and internal orders to determine appropriate set-up, production method, and sequence of operation
Use a non-contact butt fusion welding technique to create parts
Precision hand-welding to assemble parts and completed pieces
Follow prepared plans to ensure assembly is completed efficiently and without error
Follow instructions to ensure proper setup of machines, parts required
Escalate concerns relating to product quality, safety, or process issues to lead or supervisor
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
This position requires standing for long periods

Experience using grinders, saws all, drills and Dremel tools
Experience with CNC machines a plus
