PMO Project Manager - Pharmaceuticals - North Carolina - 12-Month Contract

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented PMO Project Manager to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner within assigned project team to plan / manage projects for assigned projects. With support, capable of managing risk detection and mitigation activities within a project. Report on KPIs and progress for the projects
  • Capable of planning and leading assigned projects.
  • Ability to set and manage KPIs / Progress and the necessary communications
  • Ability to effectively communicate and establish partnerships with project team members.
  • Establishes and leverages site subject matter experts to assure project delivery and communication of successes.
  • Provides problem solving and advice within the project team to tackle routine project challenges
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, pivot and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Ability to think critically and have superior problem-solving skills.
  • Team based attitude and ability to work in a global team environment, build relationships, and communicate effectively with others
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business. Frequently advises others on complex matters. May be accountable through team for delivery of tactical business targets.

Experience And Qualifications
