ABOUT SESTRANOW LLC:

SestraNow is a multi-ethnic and multicultural, international women’s empowerment organization (with members in 35 countries) dedicated to fostering a sisterhood in which every member is empowered to reach her full potential and prosper physically, emotionally, and financially, as we rise together.

SestraNow is a dynamic and diverse international organization, created by and for women. Our mission is to empower members to thrive individually and as a collective, unlocking their full potential in a supportive environment. Through workshops, programs, challenges, and one-on-one initiatives, our worldwide sisterhood receives valuable professional, personal and physical support, all offered voluntarily by our dedicated sisters. We actively promote financial independence and encourage our members to support each other by seeking services and products within our network first.

SestraNow is based in New York, New York as its Co-Founder and CEO is a licensed attorney and Real Estate Broker in the State of New York. Recently, SestraNow has entered a Joint Venture with Royal Dynasty Investment based out of Lakewood, Colorado which is owned and founded by Nurse and now COO and Co-Founder of SestraNow.

SestraNow is a Start-Up. In 2019 SestraNow was launched via a private Facebook Group. To date, we have expanded our social media presence to include thousands of followers.

SestraNow has tri-part business model comprised of a safe virtual online space, an online marketplace of women owned services and products and community service department committed to assisting women and children in need. 

SestraNow has created an App that connects women from all over the world in a safe virtual environment and it serves as a marketplace for women members to showcase their business products and services on an international level. The App is now available on the Google Play Store or Apple Store. You may download the SestraNow App at www.sestranow.com.

Together these companies are launching many for profit business initiatives that will be Powered by Sestranow LLC. Two are franchise opportunities: 1. Women in Real Estate Realty and 2. Royal Home Healthcare Staffing Agencies branches throughout the United States. 

PRESIDENT of SESTRANOW, LLC

President Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the company
• Implementing long-term goals and visions by focusing on short-term strategies
• Managing vice presidents, managers, and other positions of a lower rank
• Hiring, firing, and managing employees
• Meetings with the CEO and COO and other executives and regularly reporting on the company’s operations at least once a month or as necessary for optimal operations;
• Presiding over quality control

·  *  Represents the company at internal and external events.

• Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) for all departments and teams.
• Manages department leaders to ensure that they are meeting KPIs and OKRs.
• Implements the company strategy and leads the day-to-day business operations.
• Presents strategies and results to executives and key stakeholders.
• Adheres to all federal, state, and local business laws and regulations and company policies.
• Oversees multiple departments, including legal, operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
• Participates in business development initiatives such as investments, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
• Oversees Budgets.
• Must be willing to work with a quickly growing International Start-up Company – Prior experience working with Start-ups and/or women’s organizations is preferred but not required.
• Reporting to CEO and COO once a month or as necessary for operations;
• 90-day Revenue/Sales goals

Work Hours and Benefits: Full Time Position; SALARY $280,000 to $320,000/Annually commensurate with experience; Medical and Dental Benefits; and Annual Performance bonuses; 90 Day Probation

Education and Experience Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree in business, finance, accounting, sales and marketing, entrepreneurship, or a similar major is required;
• Prior executive-level experience and at least 3 to 5 years of experience corporate administrator or above C Class are required;
• Background in Healthcare business of at least 3-5 years;
• Master of Business Administration or the equivalent is strongly preferred;
• Experience or background in Real Estate Market is preferred; and
•  Bilingual is Preferred but not required
