A collaborative and congenial law firm seeks a tech-savvy pricing professional to become the Pricing Manager. This role will be focused on enhancing the firm’s pricing function through the use of Aderant, SQL, and PowerBI, including overseeing data alignment and migration as well as maintaining key reporting metrics. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for supporting attorneys with modeling client budget agreements, conducting market rate analyses, and generating presentations to highlight financial findings. This person will also be tasked with supervising other team members, developing dashboards and KPIs, and identifying ways to streamline related processes.
Required Skills
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, six or more years of pricing experience, and proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel. This person should have strong communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment. The team seeks an organized and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work while collaborating with others in the completion of projects.
