The Opportunity
Join us as a Procurement Manager and play a pivotal role in our operations. You'll ensure efficient sourcing, purchasing, and management of materials and supplies, implementing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Hybrid/Remote Work
We support a strong work-life balance with a hybrid work model. This role requires onsite work at least 2 days a week, with the flexibility of remote work for the remaining 3 days. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Doylestown, PA.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
Vendor Management: Oversee supplier performance, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Cost Optimization: Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and supply chain risks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet regulatory standards.
Procurement Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Prior experience managing staff and budgets.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
