Summary

The Digital Content Producer is vital in supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the company by helping to shape and execute CRM, digital and social content strategies. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, He/She plays an active role within the CVP Marketing team as the go-to expert for digital content production and consumption. The Digital Content Producer will create, edit, and oversee the generation of marketing content, including written copy, images and video. The ideal candidate will be able to translate ideas and strategic direction into compelling and action worthy marketing communications toward clearly defined goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative content strategies based on analytics and trends to increase ROI on marketing efforts
  • Work collaboratively to understand business objectives, consumer insights and campaign goals
  • Ability to write and produce clear, engaging and compelling messaging that will resonate with defined target audiences
  • Manage, produce, and publish digital campaign assets across email, social media, websites, mobile and SMS channels
  • Keen understanding of how content is consumed across all digital channels, specifically in support of direct 1:1 marketing strategies for new client acquisition, reactivation and retention
  • Project manage and direct the work of 3 rd party agency partners as necessary
  • Manage KPI reporting and regular performance assessments using all available analytics data
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the production of digital content; must show samples of previous work
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer content consumption behaviors across all digital channels
  • Must have working knowledge of CRM, Social Media, SMS and Website tools and platforms
  • Understanding of different media formats and requirements
  • Requires an understanding of best practices in direct 1:1 marketing

  • Keen eye for attention to detail and copywriting skills that meet the audience where they are
  • Design and video production skills with the ability to guide, evaluate and, if necessary, direct creative development
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business objectives
  • Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
