ICE

Product Associate

ICE Atlanta, GA

Overview

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role would address initiatives to help us drive revenue and/or cut costs.

  • Utilize trend reports to highlight positive and negative trends to help the team re-evaluate product offerings, as needed, and understand why certain offerings are more in demand.
  • Manage customer notifications which require contact downloads, marketing and legal reviews for any product updates (new policy, new fee, exchange changes, detailed technical work, etc…)
  • Analyze revenue vs. cost for certain products to identify opportunities to either discontinue certain offerings, and reduce costs, or work on programs to expand customer uptake of certain products and increase revenue.
  • Prepare post-mortem analyses for approved business cases to determine whether revenue and cost assumptions were met. Identify if not, why not and how do we improve going forward.
  • IGN has 18 separate and distinct order forms based on legal entity, geography and currency, which need to be reviewed for accuracy and consistency. The team has been doing band-aid fixes, but a comprehensive review program is required to safeguard our business and the firm.
  • Reconcile services with billing to ensure no gaps. As billable services are added and removed over the years, there is the possibility of services being delivered without the appropriate billing. This will help drive revenue.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including all sales collateral.
