We are partnering with our client who has brought a purpose-built venue operating system to market that seamlessly blends modern intuitive technology with hospitality excellence; transforming the way bars and restaurants do business. We are now adding a Product Marketing Lead (Manager/Sr. Manager) to their team to help redefine the POS category for high-volume bars and restaurants. Reporting to the CMO, you will be a key player in the company’s go-to-market strategy, crafting compelling messaging, creating high-impact sales enablement & training materials, and launching campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of our cutting-edge hospitality technology platform.

As the founding Product Marketing Lead, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the hospitality industry and help make the function a lever of our success in redefining the POS category. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Onboarding/Activation, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop product messaging and content that educates the industry on how the company’s offerings solve pain points and drive success for high-volume bars, restaurants, their staff, their guests, and beverage brands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a best-in-class Product Marketing function to support and drive product and feature adoption among high-volume bars and restaurants in the US.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools and training materials.
  • Develop & execute the GTM rollout and strategy for all new products and features, including beta testing, team trainings, and communication strategy to drive adoption in conjunction with Product.
  • Plan, create, and publish partner-facing content to support product adoption, such as one-pagers, emails, blog posts, website copy, social media assets, global communication tools, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive sales productivity through product knowledge transfer, seller collateral, and value-based talk tracks.
  • Support and aid our development and management of implementation partners based on sales needs, customer needs, and competitive options.
  • Own and maintain a process to build and share competitive insights to propel our messaging and sales differentiation.
  • Build capabilities to drive data and insights into buyer/customer needs and market opportunities to inform new product features, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Own and support our product communications to partners, keeping them engaged and informed.
  • Update website product pages to ensure they are informative, engaging, and optimized for conversion.
  • Build compelling case studies that showcase our success stories and demonstrate value to prospects.
  • Partner with our Product team to deliver feedback and suggestions to develop best-in-class products that drive our mission.
