Production Coordinator

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR in APPAREL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily communication with factory to send comment given by design
• Maintain WIP spreadsheet tracking approvals for new styles/colors (bulk fabric, PP submits, and TOP submits), and photoshoot sample requests
• Measure Top of Production samples
• Work customer PLM system
• Prepare and ship all packages containing garment samples, lab dips, tech packs, etc. to vendors and/or buyer
• Prepare samples and documents for supervisor’s review
• Maintain storage system for sample and photo
• Assist Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising or Apparel Production
• 1-2 years of product development/ apparel production preferred
• Must be organized to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a team player
• Detail oriented with the ability to create and maintain clear excel spreadsheets
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office
