High volume Lifestyle Brand looking for Production Coordinator with Accessory (hats, gloves, shoes) experience. Will be responsible for daily communication to factories. Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred. Must have excellent Excel skills and A2000 a plus. 4 - 5 years' experience. 5 days in office.
Direct communication and follow up on production status with overseas factories on a daily basis
Maintain and follow up on time and action calendar for preproduction/ TOP samples, lab testing and inspection
Analyze and understand customer manual for production
Input required information into the system for purchase order data & shipping document
Manage approval process with samples, trims, fabrics, etc.
Partner with cross functional teams- Sales and design team
Communicate all production issues internally with Production Manager
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in apparel production (outerwear or knit production preferred)
Experience in A2000 is plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask with a keen sense of detail
Act as a team player
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, highly organized
Strong capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
