Production Manager EJ40 Monitor
Position Summary
IEM is looking for a Full Time Project Manager to serve as Production Manager EJ40 Monitor to work remotely in the United States –Supporting the implementation and oversight of energy efficiency incentive programs. Developing program improvements – including production and fraud prevention – and utilizing reporting methods to manage staff to ensure prioritization requirements and target production throughout are met and exceeded. They will oversee all production lanes to ensure projects – particularly those flagged as priority per EJ40 requirements – are appropriately moving through the program pipeline.

They will oversee all production lanes to ensure projects – particularly those flagged as priority per EJ40 requirements – are appropriately moving through the program pipeline.
Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States, you will work remotely from home or personal office location.
- All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 MS or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.

- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of operations
- Setting productivity goals for each production team
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Proven experience as production manager
- Deep knowledge of production management and Justice40 initiatives under the Inflation Reduction Act
- Understanding of quality standards and DOE requirements for Home Energy Rebate Programs
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with energy policy, materials, and processes.
- Understanding the importance and handling of personally identifiable information.
- Salary range based on location and experience $75k - $80k
