Production Supervisor

Eaton’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor. This role is based out of our Beaver, PA location.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What You’ll Do

• Your responsibility will be to foster a safety-first environment and actively promote practices that prevent incidents. You’ll also implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents.
• You’ll oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards. Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
• As part of your role, you’ll train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills. Providing ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance is essential, and regular reviews of operator performance are necessary.
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions. When required, apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities. Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing OR operations environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing OR operations environment.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and implement change activities.
• Working knowledge of current manufacturing, engineering, materials management and quality assurance methods and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships at all levels in the organization.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
