Production Supervisor

Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production Supervisor in Rochelle, Illinois. This is a direct-hire position on 3rd shift and the pay range is $70,000-110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for scheduling and managing of materials and production for the facility in order to fulfill on time customer orders

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company policies / procedures are adhered to
• Communicate production schedules to employees
• Recommend any equipment / process improvements that will enhance quality and drive efficiency.
• Troubleshoot general production issues / advise maintenance and management of equipment failures
• Implement / suggest plans to encourage employee engagement at all levels
• Train new hires / current on proper equipment operations & position requirement
• Interpretation of schematics/blueprints to ensure equipment is set up properly for production runs
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
