Description
Join our team as a Program Coordinator and provide executive support to our department CAO, Medical Directors, and Program Manager. Under general direction, perform complex professional and analytical duties in providing assistance to department directors, or other senior level management personnel; collaborate with the team to organize informational sessions and instructional workshops for department faculty on a monthly basis (held in-person and via zoom); assist with planning of meetings, retreats and annual conferences; communicate with internal and external entities; special assignments in a variety of administrative and operational procedures and topics, often department wide across multiple specialties; prepare written reports and present recommendations to senior management. This position requires both breadth and depth of use and application of concepts, and techniques used, and a thorough understanding of policies and procedures. We seek candidates with a comprehensive understanding of management analysis techniques and procedures.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full hourly salary range for this position is $31.20 - $49.77. Please note that the department's target hourly pay range is $31.20 - $39.85.
