Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Program Director at Mark J. Kohler. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the developement and management of the Main Street Certified Tax Advisor Program and providing expert guidance on tax, legal, wealth, estate, and asset protection planning.
The role involves building and managing a team that can elevate our program to a new level. This person will be crucial in our growth and development as a company. You will assisnt in developing program strategies, conducting trainings and workshops, and ensuring program goals and objectives are met. While the role is based in Phoenix, AZ, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Expertise in tax, legal, wealth, estate, and asset protection planning not required but are helpful
Experience in program management and supervision
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to develop and implement program strategies
Experience in training and workshop facilitation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Certifications in tax, legal, or financial planning are a plus
