Program Manager
Job Title: Program Manager – Accelerator Program for startups with Haredi founders (Early Stage).
Job Description: We seek a dynamic and experienced Program Manager for our Accelerator Program. This role is integral to the successful operation and execution of our program, which is designed to nurture and support early-stage startups with at least one haredi founder.
Responsibilities:
Program Operation: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accelerator program, ensuring all activities are executed smoothly and effectively.
Syllabus Development: Design and manage the program syllabus, ensuring it is comprehensive, relevant, and up-to-date with industry standards and trends.
Mentorship Coordination: Schedule mentors for various stages of the program. Ensure mentors are well-matched with the startups' needs while in continuous contact with the relevant source at Intel Ignite TLV, Deloitte IL, and HUJI.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with mentors, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure their active participation and support throughout the program.
Participant Support: Provide guidance and support to program participants, when needed, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their potential
Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve program components to enhance participant experience and outcomes.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes for the managing partners.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within an accelerator or incubator setting. *Experience working with startups and entrepreneurs.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is a plus.
*Strong organizational and project management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including mentors, startups, and partners.
*Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and the challenges Haredi entrepreneurs face.
*Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.
*High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
*Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
*Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.
