Program Manager

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then TALENT Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work at their company CA(100% remote).

Position Summary: This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing effective communication strategies and programs that support our enterprise Talent Mobility Strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of internal communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Strategic Planning:

• • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with our talent mobility strategy.
• • Conduct research and analysis to identify key audiences and their communication needs.
• • Set communication goals and objectives, and track progress against these metrics.

Content Creations:

• Draft and edit a variety of internal communication materials to build a career ownership mindset and culture.
• Ensure that all content is consistent with the enterprise's brand guidelines and messaging.
• Manage communication channels such as interna SharePoint site, internal blogs, and material for town hall presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years' experience required in corporate communications or internal communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)3 years min
• Ability to research and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to make recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

• It would be ideal if the candidate has worked with Talent Mobility or Learning and Development area previously.
