    There are 2 enemies of revenue clarity: NO visibility and BAD visibility. Without clear, predictable Revenue Cadences, most companies lack insight into where Revenue Leaks come from. Even worse? You think you’ve got visibility, but it’s inaccurate. First, you’ve got to ensure that the data is right going in. Second, as Joe Vitalone, Strategic Advisor at Extreme Networks, shares: “Everyone should be singing from the same sheet of music: if an organization is not sharing the same nomenclature, it leads to disconnects between departments.” Terms like ‘funnel,’ ‘pipeline,’ and ‘weighted pipeline’ matter, so make sure your team is all on the same page…otherwise it’ll sound more middle school band and less Carnegie Hall.
