The Program Security Representative (PSR) responsibilities include:

• Develops, manages, and assesses all security-related processes and procedures for one or more Lockheed Martin program managers.
• Responsible to corporate functional and program leaders as well as government security officers, the PSR writes comprehensive policy, trains/inspires security compliance in one-on-one and large group settings, investigates security incidents, and assesses procedures and their execution against customer regulations and standards as outlined by contract.
• Personnel security oversight may encompass between 100-200 personnel while physical security oversight could span multiple accredited building and facilities.
  
  

The PSR must be poised in chaotic, high operations tempo environments, meticulous when conducting administrative details, team-oriented when developing solutions to complex problems, tenacious in researching current guidance, objective when assessing risk, and articulate when making security recommendation to senior and executive leadership. A familiarity with navigating unclassified and classified corporate, government, and military systems, databases, and organizations is critical to coordinate and collaborate with security partners and enable the most effective, compliant, and efficient solutions for Lockheed Martin.
