Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, maintaining client relationships, overseeing budgets and schedules, and generating and managing architectural design drawings. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in REVIT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination and Management:
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of architectural projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Relations:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Budget and Schedule Oversight:
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
  • Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Architectural Design Drawings:
  • Generate and manage architectural design drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Utilize REVIT to create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership:
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, identifying and resolving any design issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
  • Licensed Architect preferred.
  • Proficiency in REVIT is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
