Project & Construction Manager – ESA Americas

In order to extend the current team already operating in New York, ESA Engineering is looking for a Project & Construction Manager, to contribute and support the planning and execution of medium and big-scale projects.

The Project & Construction Manager's tasks include monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.

Activities and Responsibilities:

While ensuring adequate communication flow between the different project execution teams and integrity of project delivery processes, the resource provides regular project reporting on execution schedule, completion, and adherence to initial objectives, and develops project documents and reports required by the client. This person is responsible for the project organization and management, as well as the relations with the client; manages of all construction aspects, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering works; supervises the execution and the technical content of project management.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
• Experience of managing construction projects (appreciated but not mandatory, luxury retail field);
• Required high energy level, motivation and problem-solving ability;
• Good at building relationships and trust, good judgment skills, and high integrity;
• Good communication skills, convincing personality, client and goal-oriented.
• Preferred already locally based (New York – New Jersey);
• The candidate must be a VISA holder.
