Key Tasks
- Maintains clear communication with Contracting Officer (CO) and/or Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as needed.
- Oversees delivery of project management requirements including financials, briefings, and other project management deliverables.
- Ensures that contract requirements are met, including quality assurance in products and services, cost control, timeliness, and business relations.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of fraud operations.
- Leads innovation activities.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels.
- Manages all staff to successfully deliver program requirements.
- Manages subcontractor relationships and staff.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing personnel and clients on a fraud, waste, and abuse program
- Team leadership experience
- Payment Integrity knowledge and skills
- Experience with healthcare fraud analytics
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Healthcare Fraud Programs
- Special Investigations Unit (SIU) experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHCFI) certification preferred
- Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) certification preferred
- Certified Coding Specialist – Physician Based (CCS-P) certification preferred
