Project Executive - Industrial Manufacturing - Construction

Metric Geo are partnered with a Top 10 ENR-Rated General Contractor to find them a Project Executive for their Industrial Manufacturing division.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and overseeing major design-build projects for other leading contractors.

Several locations are available with offices in most states.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Construction or Engineering related degree.
• 15+ years of experience managing design-build projects for a general contractor.
• 10+ years of experience on Industrial Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Heavy Commercial projects.
• Prior experience managing projects valued over $100m from ground-up.
• Strong background across all phases of construction from preconstruction through project completion.
• Ability to build and oversee large teams of project managers, superintendents, engineers, and estimators, etc.
