Project Implantation Manager

Description

We are offering an opportunity in the Health Insurance industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role is focused on the job function of a Sr. Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to establish client-specific implementation plans and facilitate a series of client meetings to address various operational aspects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish a client-specific implementation plan and ascertain client needs
• Facilitate client meetings to address plan design, operational structure, and administrative issues
• Document all details about a client needed by each internal and external key implementation resource
• Ensure the completion and tracking of documentation of all details and components of the client’s policy and administrative agreements
• Disseminate all details to appropriate stakeholders for client setup and ongoing support
• Build basic client setup in the specific platform
• Identify new stakeholder implementation detail/data requirements as the products evolve
• Collaborate with all teams to identify, develop and improve processes for the implementation and administration of clients
• Partner with the product team for the development of currently manual processes that could be automated
• Manage the open enrollment/member recruitment process while working closely with the designated Account Partner to ensure clean hand-offs and knowledge share

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably within the Healthcare Insurance industry.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated experience in Cross Functional Project Management.
• Deep understanding of the HealthCare Industry and HealthCare Insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
