Project Management Specialist
- This position is remote but the candidate must be located in Tampa, FL. Frequent travel to clinic locations throughout the Tampa and Ft. Myers regions is expected. Travel outside these regions is expected on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.

The Project Management Specialist Role
The Project Management Specialist is a member of the team that is responsible for owning and executing the tasks that are critical to implementing evolvedMD's behavioral health integration model in our customers' primary care practices. These tasks include (but are not limited to): getting buy-in from customer stakeholders prior to implementation, communicating the roles and requirements of evolvedMD's collaborative care model (CoCM) to customers; preparing the office spaces where Behavioral Health Managers will see patients; and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that program is deployed successfully. External stakeholders will include customer personnel such as practice administrators, support staff, and executive team members. Internally, they will partner with evolvedMD's Clinical Management team to set up our integrated behavioral health model for a seamless ramp-up at our customer sites.
Your Key Collaborators
- Vice President, Commercial Operations – Oversees the onboarding of new customers, the rollout of new clinics, as well as the maintenance and performance of commercial operations.
- Senior Project Manager – The Senior implementation lead at evolvedMD.
- Clinical Implementation Manager – Provides clinical training and support to primary care providers, staff, and clinicians to expedite the adoption of evolvedMD's model by our customers.
- Clinical Director + Clinical Managers – Clinical leadership and management of Behavioral Health Managers.
- First year compensation $55,000 to $65,000 annually (DOE)
- Metric-driven yearly bonus

- Oversee and execute the consistent, flawless implementation of evolvedMD's model at our customers' primary care clinics.
- Perform site visits before and throughout implementation, coordinating furniture, equipment, and inventory needed at each site, and at storage and ensuring successful installation.
- Utilize relationship-building and customer engagement skills to provide ongoing status updates to both internal and external customers.
- Troubleshooting delays or roadblocks in the implementation process.
- Assessing the success of implementation at individual clinics and working with internal/external stakeholders to break down barriers to successfully ramping up of the Behavioral Health Manager.
- Provide continuous communication with both internal partners and external customers about implementation status and progress.
- Conduct special projects and process improvement reviews to continuously improve our ability to execute and scale our implementation model.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by your manager.
- Compassionate about the delivery of "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing."
- At least 1 year of coordination experience or equivalent training is required.
- Open and collaborative mindset strongly rooted in passion and integrity.
- High level of organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven track record of strong attention to detail with high accuracy and consistency in delivering high-quality work outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in communicating detailed information to multiple stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
- Self-starter attitude with a bias for proactive problem-solving and for anticipating stakeholders' needs.
- Experience working within a primary care practice a plus.
