Project Management Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time Project/Product Management Specialist role at Wondera. The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a hybrid role, located in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for some remote work. Fluent Mandarin speaking candidate would be a plus but not required.

• Expertise in project planning and organizing resources

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience in the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field

Ideal Candidate

• Self-motivated to problem solve and learn new things with a passion for doing deep technical work.
• Understand generative AI technology and their impact to human creation.
• Previous personal project or start-up experience with a minimum of experience 2+ years preferred.
• Experience or passion for the music industry.
• Able to listen intensely, be minutely detailed and able to adapt quickly whilst being organized.
• Experience interviewing people to learn and discover their problems.
• Strong ability to take complex requirements and convey simple, methodical solutions.
• Experience with Google Analytics and quantitatively learn from data.
• Bonus if you understand the software engineering lifecycle and development.
