Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be our valued clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their HVAC, Piping/Plumbing Mechanical service needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. You will manage service contracts, oversee service delivery, and build strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing service requests, concerns, and inquiries.
Manage and oversee service contracts, including renewals and amendments.
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, striving for high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
Prepare and present reports on service activities, performance, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, in the HVAC/ Mechanical industry or a similar technical field.
A strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing/ Piping systems, and services is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and customer-centric attitude.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
