Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager in the construction industry to be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of various projects, including retail, commercial, office building, and education projects. They will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure project success.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of retail, commercial, office building, and education projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
