In August of 2018 the City of Middleton, Wisconsin and surrounding areas received over 11 inches of rain in just a 12-hour span, exceeding NOAA’s statistics for a 1,000-year event by almost 4 inches. City leaders knew they needed more than a simple act of restoration; they needed a new foundation for resilience — infrastructure upgrades that would withstand any future stormwater events. Read all about this award-winning project in our latest blog with ACEC Wisconsin or on MSA's website here: https://bit.ly/3BymHXz
The Middleton Flood Restoration Project revitalized the Pheasant Branch Creek Corridor after a 1,000-year flood event. Through innovative engineering solutions, MSA Professional Services engineers designed bridges, restored trails, and enhanced flood protection. The project improved safety, connectivity, and environmental resilience, ensuring a sustainable future for this vital community resource. https://lnkd.in/gEby9bMS #EngineersMakeItHappen

New Employee Orientation is an awesome opportunity to get to know our latest hires and their creative minds! At last week's event in Madison, teams embraced our "Balloon Structure Design Challenge," in which they collaborated to construct things like water towers, high-speed trains, radio towers, and water system maps using only balloons and tape. No surprise, our hiring instincts were correct: we've hired some resourceful, innovative new talent! Welcome to MSA. We're thrilled to have you on board.
