$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Summary
One of the city's best GCs is looking to add a Project Manager due to growth to run $5M+ ground up and TI projects in Austin! This family-oriented company has grown to over $400M in revenue within the past few years and has a diverse backlog of projects in multiple different market segments.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee completion of projects up to $50M
Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Work with preconstruction team to scope, estimate and buyout projects
Qualifications
Experience in managing a project team from start to finish.
Must be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
